Data we process
Account identity, workspace membership, device health, marketplace seller identity, configured games, operational requests, orders, inventory, payment records, audit events and support data required to provide the service.
Marketplace credentials
EldoradoOps does not request or store the user's Eldorado password. The approved extension uses the browser session the seller opened directly. Raw session material must not enter workspace or recovery records.
Conversation retention
Retention periods must be configured, disclosed, and matched to a lawful operational need. The final policy will state the production periods after adapter and legal review.
Access and deletion
Workspace owners can export data, revoke devices and request account deletion. Revocation takes effect before any delayed deletion workflow.
Processors
The final policy must list the infrastructure, payment, messaging and support processors actually configured in production, including their regions and applicable agreements.
